Assessment bills for the second half of the year 2007 have already been posted. All owners must make payments before 31st August 2007. Late penalty of 2% will be charged on top of the amount due on 1st September 2007. Additional 20% warrant of attachment will be charged on 15th September 2007 on top of the total amount due.
Payments can be made through :
(1) MPSP's Branch Counters at Butterworth and Sungai Jawi
(2) MPSP's Website at www.mpsp.gov.my through VISA , Mastercard and also through MEPS FPX
(3) Penang Government's Website at www.penang.gov.my through MEPS FPX (useful for owners with a lot of properties and those who own properties in MPPP)
(4) One-stop payment counters at MPPP, TNB, TM, PDC, PBA, and POS Malaysia
(5) Bank Counters ie. Ambank, BIMB, Alliance Bank, Bank Rakyat and CIMB (Bumiputra Commerce only)
(6) Internet Banking at 11 banks ie. Ambank, BIMB, Alliance Bank, Bank Rakyat, CIMB, Citibank, MBF, Eon Bank, HSBC Bank, RHB Bank and Maybank.
